Mamma Lina's Cuisine Course

About The Course

While you are studing Italian, you can attend the Mamma Lina's Cuisine Course. There are two lessons a week, on Tuesday's and Wednesday's afternoons. You will learn both the traditional and the creative Italian cuisine. Mamma Lina will show you how to prepare traditional antipastoes, hand-made pasta (lasagne, tagliatelle, tortellini), hand-made pizza and bread, meat dishes, traditional cakes and many other delights. The fee is euro 70 a week (two lessons) Includes: - Dinner after each lesson. - Ingredients for the lessons. - Cloth for cooking (You can bring it home after the course is finished).
